As for grounding - from childhood until today …. I don’t wear anything on my feet unless it’s a absolutely required . No work no shoes . Bushwalking - mountain to mud - summer or winter . Barefooted . So iv got the grounding covered .

I am a loaner - I feel connected to this planet - NOT people . My soul aches - living amongst humans - I feel lost in this world of humans …. It hurts me To see how cruel they are to each other . Of the approximately 9 billion people on this planet today - over 3 billion people are living in poverty …. Still collecting wood , and even reduced to burning -toxic plastic bottles BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CHOICE - to cook what little food they have . 💔 people with nothing , still giving birth to children they can not provide for 🤦🏻‍♀️ . Watching them starving / living in squalor . Humans are the only threat to the existence of our own species . This I feel - mabe it’s the abused neglected childhood that makes me feel these things 🤷 . However , after 55 year’s Of working on it - I STILL WANT OUT . HOW CAN I STOP FEELING THIS WAY 🤷 . I would like to be able to let go of my disappointment At being part of humanity . I would like to feel happy . Attention deficit disorder - dyslexia -depression ….ect. 55 years of this stuff . HOW CAN I LET IT GO .? 💔🫂 help please . However DO NOT TELL ME to have faith in GOD . God Didn’t create us - Give us fee will 🤦🏻‍♀️ and then ‘’ A rule book to live bye 🤦🏻‍♀️ . This is a naïve premise / illogical / irrational and not the act of a superior intelligence . Think about it 🤔🤔 Here is a book of rules You should follow - and I give you free will to ignore the rules …. And I will punish you for ignoring them . Not a very wise GOD …. Basically iIt is very helpful video, especially for people just started yoga. But I belive, that wood blocs much better provide support in standin poses. And in a sitting forward position, it would be useful as well to use a belt to align the back.

First time I have heard soo clear and precise. Now i am fully cleared and I will buy essential oils when I started rosemary essential oil while putting in hair oil and when i smell and when took bath and add 2 or 3 drop of rosemary i have seen i feel soo much calm and feels soo relaxing essential oil is best way to get quick chakra healing

Consistently Pray for forgiveness, guidance in a good (positive) direction, and for help against evil. Pray to be saved from hell (whatever that may be). Pray for your friends and your family too, it only takes a minute or so/less at a time to pray. Do it and your life will slowly get better, or maybe quickly. It probably just depends on you and the kind of person you are/have been. Don't wait until its too late and you have to suffer the consequences of built up bad karma from immoral acts/unrepented sins. Maybe together we can help make the world a better place by changing ourselves for the better, and changing things around us for the better. And addressing/thanking the CREATOR, LORD GOD at the beginning and end of your prayers would be a good idea 😊 Or just be my friend if you don't want to say the prayer 😄 I'm trying to help you get right with the LORD🙏 Amen. You should prostrate yourself if you don't want to do spoken prayer, or do both☺ Please worship the LORD GOD and not any idol. Say OM NAMAH SHIVAYA out loud or in your head 108 times, or try to do it 1008 times 😊 try to do it everyday if you want 🙏🙏🙏

It’s the 12 thoracic vertebrae. The four petals in muladhara? Of course you have no clue. It’s the four natural side-to-side motions within the pelvis: two from the hips and two from the sacroiliac joints. Etc., etc. What you do have is the audacity to spew nonsense.
